Ignition switch on trimmer motor is broken

Hi guys

I need your help with my Mcculloch trimming 25cc engine. They are very similar to a go-kart engine, I have a problem with an ignition switch which I cannot start the engine or turn them off where the ignition switch is broken. I made a very stupid mistake which I did remove the plug from a spark when the engine was running so I got no other choose and I did get electric shock. It didn't hurt me anyway, I was lucky enough I didn't die straight!!!!!! Anyway I have learnt my lesson from this; the ignition switch is a switch that operates a solenoid that closes a circuit to operate the starter where it would switch the engine on or off when the electric travel all over the places. It bit like a rotor arm which allows the electric to travel through all over the engine so please can you tell me where can I find the replacement for the ignition switch if require?? I'm not sure which shop I can buy it from. I would appreciate it if one of you knows where I can buy it from.

Thanks,
Mark

Model # of the unit would be a help. Then we can try and lookup a part number. And a photo would help also.
