If you have your own set of forums, feel free to post them...

I'd like to see how many there are and where else I can waste a lot of my time at :)

Edit: mine are in my sig if you want to visit...

I don't have a forum but have been considering it, I hesistate though because it would probably suck up all my free time.. besides,it's great fun to be a guest at other people's forums :) Still though, a board for women IT professionals to network and share their concerns and such might be cool.

invision board? http://www.invisionboard.com :)

it's pretty cool.. only things i wish it had were that "send all users" mass email and database backup that phpbb has..

but someone posted a easy quick mysql database backup program on dixiesys forums so it's not too much of a problem.. i believe a future version will include a database backup.

I'd love to have my own forums but I wouldn't have enough time to make it worthwhile or moderate.

I'm looking into setting up some forums. How do all of the different programs compare? (phpbb, invisionboard, vBulletin, ikonboard, others) I know I could check out each forum's site, but I'd rather get some opinions from people who have used some of them. :p
