It depends on how they have it set up. It can be set up so the call cueue stops taking inbound calls at 9, or it drops all calls at 9, including those int he hold queue.
 
not anymore. they estimated my wait time to be 1 minute at 8:45PM. it was accurate the last 3 times i called them during the week, so i took this as a hint that they're gone for the day.
