If your neo client is stuck on ACE or any other server

Open up regedit, go to hkey_local_machine, software, neo, settings

edit the completed packets line.. change ACE to EINSTEIN or CHARLIE

note, this is just a fix that i found, and by no means official. I used it and i was able to connect and dump.
