I know people on both ends of the spectrum.
You look at Bill Gates, who could retire and buy and island to live on. Instead, he works everyday, travels a lot, and is very dilligent.
I know someone who hit the lotto, took a lump sum payment, and doesn't work at all. He just sits at home and does nothing. He plays hockey for recreation and drives a new Hummer.
So, my question to you is, lets say you had a lot of money. So much you could live VERY comfortably without working. Would you still find somewhere to work or form your own business? Would you not work at all and just sit around the house and live off of your wealth?
If you would work, what would you do? Would you stay with what you are good at or would you do something different? Would you go to college or back to school for training?
If you wouldn't work, what would you do to spend your time? Pick up new hobbies? Maybe take up a new sport?
Just curious.
If I were rich, I would still work, but I would probably do consulting in the IT field. I am good at it and I love technology. I may even go back to college and get my Masters or PHD.
