I like p00n, but I think I'd ask for;

T-bone, medium rare
Shrimp Scampi,
Rice pilaf (or some starchy thing, maybe a baked tater?)
Tiramisu
Some sort of micro-brew India Pale Ale or Draught Sam Adams Lager
