Loaded Mustang GT...

Or Corvette... because back seats aren't that functional anyway. Tell the kids to walk :)

I've owned a couple Mustangs. Been there, done that.

Having a back seat is kind of mandatory I'm afraid. I've had nothing but sedans for the past 12 years but I really like some of these luxury sport coupes on the market. Plus, it would be nice to be able to pick my Mom and her husband up at the airport without borrowing my wife's car or to go out to dinner with my wife and son and take my car.

I'd much prefer a Mustang GT Convertible to enjoy the sunny top down weather that San Diego has to offer rather than sit in a Euro car that is devoid of personality as Cali is flooded with Euro badges. Back seat is roomier than all of those listed above as well.

Mercedes-Benz makes an E350 Cabriolet which looks pretty good. And while it is true that Cali is definitely flooded with Euro badges it is also true that you can't swing a dead cat around here without hitting a Mustang or a pickup truck.

Anyway, I'm probably not going to do anything right away. I tend to do a lot of looking before I make a decision like this.

I'm in the same boat, I'm looking at used RS5's and new/used S5s.

You can get a decent 911 in that price range, 911s is a little harder to come by, but if you don't mind one out of warranty it can be had.

The 435 is nice and you get the BMW service for 4/50 included.

235 is okay, but I would wait for an M2 before getting one.

If you wanted something sportier, a lightly used C63 AMG would fit that budget.

I do like the 435 coupe, it's a good looking car. Might have to test drive one of those soon.

Already pooped on best choice mustang vert. Second choice would be challenger scat. Golf R is interesting too. G37 coupe solid choice. Used Aston Martin?
