SPOILER BELOW, sort of

Would you have willingly faced your imminent death or tried to avoid it? No you're not a superhero or invisible or anything. You just have the knowledge of when you're going to die, and it can be in a meaningful way now, of randomly some other time.

I think I woulda just gotten up a little earlier and caught the little dumbass before he crossed the street.

Not sure what I'd do, but I wanted to say that I also liked the movie... it was weird seeing Ferril in a non-comedic role, but the movie was definitely worth it .

When there were talks of her continuing to write the book, which would lead to his death, I thought to myself "who in the world is that fvcking selfish that they would kill another human for the sake of a book...." that is simply retarded if you ask me, I don't care how popular the author is.

I don't believe in fate. Destiny, yes. Fate, no. Avoid it at all costs. My destiny has too much in store for me 😀

where can I get a replica watch? That watch he had was awsome. I did a google search and it is NOT the TIMEX.

It is a TIMEX

The one in the movie had the time on the top and the date on the bottem, but this is the closest you can get. It's the same except for the location of the time/date.

i thought the part of the movie where he tells her the book is amazing, that she should publish it and that he is willing to die is a crock...

yeah so it might change peoples lives blah blah...doesnt change the fact that i would have to die being run over by a bus!

He wasn't willing to die for the book, he was willing to die to save that kid. He knew that if the book changed, the kid would die, and he was unwilling to sacrifice the kid to save himself.

ha, i just watched this a few days ago...thought it was a great movie. Although it didn't seem to get much attention for some reason. =/

And yes, if i were in his same position, i think i would have done simply to save the kid. OR Maybe talk to the lady to see how/when/where, and just stop the kid before hand, then i wouldn't have had to risk my death nor the kids. ^_^
