If you were given a profesor's student evaluations to return to the dept., would you read them?

Yesterday in one of my CS classes, we did student evaluations of the professor. I volunteered to bring them back to the CS department office, but they were clsed when class ended yesterday, so I stil lhave them, and I'll drop them off today.

I read them, he got great evaluations. He deserves it, he's one of my favorite professors.

No. I was a goody two-shoes back then too, so I (did) deliver the envelopes without taking a peek.

depends on dept. some of prof's promotions are partially based on these evaluations and especially if the prof is new (assist prof).

At my school they were placed in a signed, sealed envelope before they leave the room, so it wasn't really possible.
I mean you COULD open it and then replace the envelope, but it seems like an awful lot of work.

I try to honestly fill mine out. My current ethics teacher is awesome, so I wrote some pretty good stuff. Under additional comments, I put "Mrs. Woolsin ROCKS!" :)
