Here's Mine

My typical Fri:

9am: Arrive at work
9-10: check/reply to emails
10: Goto starbucks for coffee. sit outside if nice weather enjoying said coffee
11-2: lunch (1hr eating, 2hrs watching newly released movie)
2-3:30 Do some actual work
3:30 surfing web
4: goto bank/deposit huge paycheck. (needed something to do at 4pm)
5: go home

Irony:
The new Virgin Mary aborted the 2nd coming of Christ in 2000

UnBan TheFlyingPIG!
Everyone KNOWS this!

Bye Bye wonderful sig

And it's going to be changed on the day Congress passes a Fiscal Cliff bill that Obama signs. :p
Or the end of the week, whichever comes first...

Who doesn't give a flying fuck about sigs?

aye!

but I like mine. And unless I've interpreted the rules incorrectly, it still meets the revised guidelines.

The Jedi's of the world ruined things for everyone, as usual. It's why we can't have nice things.

I've always tried to keep mine short enough as a courtesy so the limit was not that bad for me. I personally prefer when forums allow image sigs, but as long as people don't overdo it. The sig should not be any larger than a typical post.

The OP's sig is one of the stupidest on these forums.

It used to be worse, what with some banal political bullshit in there.

That nearly got me to disable signatures, but then I just learned to go glazed-eyes whenever I saw he was the OP and skip to the next post.

Thanks, I totally forgot you can disable signatures in the User CP.

Can I just ignore the OP's posts including his sig? There's an idea.

It looks like yours is not up to the rules as they exceed the 90 character length.

I had the entire bible in my sig. I shortened it to the only verse I could personally agree with.

90 character line length - not total

I never bothered to perform a count. Just did (with Word - expect me to physically count them myself? HA! :p), so I will tweak how it appears, which is sad.

Those quotes fit the street perfectly fine, don't extend the forum, and allow me to use less lines of text, which means the sig appears shorter.

Now I'll have to perform a wacky word-wrap approach which breaks up quotes (which currently fit on one line) into multiple lines, just to stay short of 90 character lines.

It should also be clarified if spaces are counted in the 90 character limit. Although it won't really change anything for me, it might cause problems for others if they wish to be like the Gestapo when it comes to enforcing the rule. :p

ha - I like my post count as of this post: 21234 :)

Speaking of your sig, where has Goosemaster been lately? He used to be a lot more active here.

Goosey where are you???

I feel like it was something about or just after the whistleblower thread. Not sure if he was banned or just disappeared.
I think he just dropped off the forums - it doesn't say banned for his name or anything. Hasn't posted for around a year.

I believe you are at 257 when only 90 are allowed.

I believe you are at 257 when only 90 are allowed.
---------------------
1) The number of lines allowed will be six, single spaced lines. If you use double space, it reduces the number of lines by one half, to three lines.

2) The default font size will be set at 2.

3) No url shorteners will be allowed.

4) Maximum line length is 90 characters.

5) Members will be allowed two short, simple, self-promotion links.
---------------------

As it stands at this moment, I have six lines (five with text), with no line exceeding 90 characters (including spaces even).

I have no idea... scratch that, finally found it, but I really never paid attention to it back then and don't recall any of the details.

It was also a lot longer ago than I thought - he started a great more threads since then, and obviously continued posted. So, maybe he just had enough of the place. Perhaps his reason is similar to that of your own lengthy absence? ;)
