Most crap is done in EST, so definitely Eastern. I live in PA now and I still get to see all the NFL games... I don't know where the guy saying you'll be up til 1:00 AM is getting that. Latest I've had to stay up to watch the Sunday / Monday night games is maybe 11:30.

One time zone indefinitely means tied to the dock forever. Forget that! I'd become a mermaid before that would happen!

Just as the scientific community does, everyone should forget time zones and use GMT. If you know where you are you know what time it is. Then everyone gets a number either - or + depending on how far they are from the prime meridian.
