Definitely baseball for same reasons OP mentioned:

-Can have very long career
-Money, cash, Money, garaunteed.
-Don't have to stay in tip top shape... so you can have that extra slice of pizza and shot of whiskey.
-You expend your energy in bursts then get to sit around and listen to Ipod... especially if you're a DH... man those guys have it good.

I haven't liked baseball since I was in my teens however. But it would be a fantastic career.
 
I can think of a few:

NASCAR
F1
MotoGP
NHL - Not sure of position
MLB - Second base

I love most sports... but if I had to pick one, it would be a coin flip between MotoGP and the NHL.
