Realistically I think you would pass out from the pain/shock long before the bit made it far enough to do any serious damage to your brain. So basically you'd be found by the paramedics with a drill bit sticking out of your head. Far from death, but in a whole lotta pain.

You'd want to take out the cerebellum so either straight in through the base or your skull or through the back of your mouth. Go for the temple and you might end up brain dead but still alive.
