Just bought the ViewSonic EF70. I installed the latest inf from their site and chose change monitor and picked the EF70. It shows it in my Device manager.
The problem is when I choose to set the refresh rate from by going to Display, Settings, Advanced, Adapter, the maximum refresh rate I can pick is 75Hz at my 1024 x 768 that I am running. It is suppose to be 87Hz at this resolution according to ViewSonic
I have a Voodoo 3 3000 with the latest drivers.
My other computer also has a Voodoo 3 3000 with a Ilyama and at the 1024 x 768 I can chose up to 120Hz with the voodoo card. I tried the Viewsonic on this computer, changed the monitor to the EF70 and it too shows a max allowed of 75Hz from the drop down list of refresh rates.
So, can anyone tell me what is the maximum refresh rate they can pick with thier EF70 if you chose 1024 x 768 ?
