If you overclock w/o raising voltage or power limit, will the card draw more power?

Assuming the card is completely stable, if you OC the core by about 10% (from 1400MHz to 1540MHz, and this increase in clock speeds is actually reflected in-game and in benchmarks like Firestrike) BUT you don't increase the voltage or power limit of the card, will this still result in greater power draw and a greater production of heat?

Power will increase the same percentage as the increase in frequency, all else being equal.

Without increasing voltage or power limit it'll draw more on average but the peak should be the same.

It should run faster even if you run into the limiter though. When overclocking you're increasing the clock at every voltage point. So you'll have lower voltages for a certain speed, making the card more efficient, but also more likely to be unstable.
