I.E. - No T-mobile towers in the area, so consequently you can't change your number and some features don't work...

Will T-Mobile let you out of your contract?

I know Sprint does (my brother did this when he moved to BFE)
 
You may get forced out of the contract since you'll essentially be roaming the whole time and costing T-Mobil more than your worth.
