I missed out this deal and I was only able to get one of those 1 penny guys at CC. But I am working on a robot project and I would like to use some cheap joysticks for this. I will need to find a them at a pretty cheap price since I will want a decent number of them and here is what I found:
PCstop.com has the MICRO TERMINATOR 2-BTN JOYSTICK for 4.45 and 10 bucks shipping.

Kilocomp, do you have a Fry's near you? They've always got cheap crap joysticks for $10 or less. Last time I was there I saw a copy of a Gravis Ultrapad (Kinda like a SNES controller) for $4.99
