Meh...I like having water...so a bit of rain doesn't bother me.

How emo do you have to be to think that rain is depressing?

The Pacific Northwest needs more exciting rain. I loved the thunder/lightning type rains that I had growing up on the East coast. Having moved here, I'm now stuck with boring constant rain that seems to go on for days.
 
Nothing better than curling up on the couch with gf and tea when it's raining. Of course, my attention doesn't stay on the rain for very long.

I'm not happy truly happy - unless it is raining. And I mean sofla tropical t-storms. They don't drizzle down here - it says DRIZZLE BITCH HOW YOU LIKE THAT?!
