If you live in Los Angeles: Please use your signals when you drive!

I'm tired of people darting in and out of traffic without signaling. Using your signals saves lives!

You are correct, use your signals no matter where you are. I consider not signaling a sign of rudeness. To me the person doesn't care about anyone exept themself. It's a very important part of driving that unfortunately many people don't do. If you or someone you know doesn't signal please change your/their bad habit. It will save lives!

In LA, please change lanes when there is not another car in it too.

While we're on the subject, here's something for you drivers to consider:

When I use my turn signal, it is an indication of intent, not a request for acceptance. In simple terms, when I signal, YOU LET ME GET IN THE FRICKING LANE. I hate people who speed up or refuse to let me move over. Luckily I have a truck so I'm bigger than them and move over anyway. Heh.

man , i dont drive right now, but when i was getting my license , i'd signal when i was in a parking lot. I mean the only time really to not signal is if you are on a turn and its at a stop, say a protected left or a right turn, and still really its not like its a ton of work to signal anyways. signals tell people where you are going, they aren't just magic lights people.

I hate it when your at a red light and your one car from the front and the dumbass turns on his signal when it just turns green :|

Yah turn signals are good, otherwise throw a chicken out the window or something. Spam works good too, but it tends to splatter alot when it hits others windsheilds. Leg of lamb works good too.

I say really it depends on whether you are close enough to the car to make a difference. If you are more than 100 feet in front or behind a vehicle and you can tell they are not coming up fast or stopping,its senseless. You should always use your directional when taking a right or left turn onto a different street though. I guess it really depends on the situation though.

Also if you are going to turn on your signal changing lanes do it before you start not when you are halfway through the change. Most importantly if you are going to turn them on turn them off.

I always signal, it's force of habit. It really steams me when someone doesn't signal. :|

Try living in FL with all the age challenged people here. I don't worry about signaling as much as I worry about drivers driving in the wrong direction.....
