Very nice thanks...

Too bad that I will have to download it chapter by chapter,
With FlashGet (download manager) you can right click and select to "Download All with FlashGet" and with a few clicks, all selected will be downloaded automatically.

Awesome find! Wish I'd seen this a year ago before I bought the InDesign book. Oh well, win some, lose the rest.

Nice, thanks . . . for those annoyed with downloading each chapter individually you may be interested in getting a web-site copier / spider, like this: free tracker

Nice... I wonder when they'll get around to putting something together for Adobe CS.

Too bad they have not updated several of the programs for the current versions (Acrobat & Premier, for example)

I got every one of them and renamed them and organized them into folders and zipped up, uploading to a site right now, if anyone wants a direct d/l link, you can PM me and I'll help you out. Yes, I'll even help out the 56k folks but I zipped them all up. Its 214 Megs, so if you want that, PM me and i'll help you out.

Right now its uploading and still has a while left, but I'll PM you back in the morning with the details if you want.

Here's the uploaded file, just go ahead and download and share, i have unlimited bandwith I found out.

The downside of this is that you don't have the CD with the files used for the exercises. I don't know what for all the complaining about DLing idividual files, I just created a folder on my JumpDrive and then:

1. Copy the chapter title (e.g. A Tour of Adobe Premiere)
2. Riight-click link and select Save Target As...
3. When Save box pops up, paste in the title from Step #1. Note: You'll have to delete/change the colon :))
4. Rinse. Repeat.

A bit tedious, but on the T1 at work, I was barely able to get the next titled copied before the previous PDF had completed.

Also, they're allowing these to go out free because they're out-dated. CS version stuff will cost $$$, but God forbid Adobe make a dollar. Heck, I bet most people are gonna get these to learn how to use what they are "trying out from Kazaa".

Darn I'm using freshdownload but didn't realize I could do that with it too...downloaded them all anyways.

Prolly better to have the chapters individually too, less memory to run each one individually.
