If you increase power limit to 110%, when you run Furmark do the readings show 110%?

I'm just curious. At 100% default power limit, in Furmark the GPU uses close to 100% power consistently.

Were you to increase this power limit to 110% by 10%, would the readings show Furmark using nearly 110% of power?
