I have two interested buyers for the same item...both pmed roughly the same time and are willing to pay the full price and pick it up...how do you choose who gets it?

I'd say give it to the person who PMed you first, regardless of how negligible the time frame is for the 2nd PMer.

however we are talking about a 45-1hr timeframe between buyer 1 and 2...or is it still buyer 1s item?

If two people want it that bad, I would wait for a third offer. Then jack up the price and notify the first two. If they don't buy, then you always have the third person.
