First of all, thanks for answering me.
And Second, these are the only boards I could find (not new, so the price is far better), for my brother (he had an ABIT NF7S 2.0 but its now dead couse of the NB fan which failed).

ABIT NF7S 2.0 U$S 75 -> the same board he had, but the NB fan is weak.
Dfi NfII Ultra Infinity U$S 75 -> what about this one?
ASUS A7N8X-E Deluxe U$S 65
MSI K7N2-L U$S 60
Gigabyte 7N400 PRO2 U$S 65 -> and what about this one too?
DFI Lan Party Ultra B U$S 105 ->> He doesent wanna pay so much (obviously is the best)

Well, I hope you help me decide which mobo is best suited for my brother.
He has a Barton and AGP card, so he doesent wanna buy S754 boards or S939.

PD: I couldnt find any one of these in Argentina, so, these are not in the equation:
Shuttle AN35N-Ultra
Chaintech 7NJS Zenith
EPoX 8RDA3+Pro

There is no reason to get a s754 or 939 in AGP version. Socket 754 Sempron with nforce3 board make good system costing not too much.

Too bad. EX 8RDA3+ is badass mofo board.
Is it for OC. If yes then DFI LanParty.
If no, look for goodies that came whit board.
I would say Gigabyte. It has FireWire, SATA, Ethernet, RAID...
