If you have the parking brake all the way up

how many degrees can you get away with>😛

<--only had a chance to try 180deg and that was when I accidently spun out in the snow.....

What're you asking?
If you're talking car curling, small town streets in fresh snow tend to lend themselves well to multiple spins down a half block or so. 😉

Err....I guess I should have been more specific.....turns that you recover from....as in maintaining a decent foward veolcity and then recovering...

I was neffing anywas....fvk it.

hmmm, I've done some 360s in the parking lot at work before. Once I only meant to do a 180 but hit a very slick path of snow and ended up doing a perfect 360; I even ended up in the parking space pefectly. It was awesome 🙂

you recovered from a 180 spin?

My dad took the same driving courses that the secret service took and bestowed that knowledge unto me. I have a better ability to do those lovely action movie-esque moves than regular driving in NJ (that's more dangerous).

Anyway, to recover from a 180 spin is to keep your foot on the brake and emergency brake not up all the way. Towards the end of the 180, get rid of the emergency brake and straighten up the wheel, put that sucker into reverse and go backwards. When you have enough momentum, do a J turn. =0)

[edit] I forgot to mention I did use half of this once not too long ago too. I'll make another post on what happened, though.

No clue, but I can't wait until we get some snow around here.

Never had a chance to play with AWD in the snow before.

i love driving the slk in the snow since it slides on fresh snow, but it slides very predictably. I hope I never slide, when I didn't intend on doing so 🙂
