How long did it take to receive the replacement card?

After they received my bad Ti4400 GS it took them 3 days to send out a new (just off the boat) board.
This included the extra day it took to perform the 'test before you ship service' I requested.

RMA Tech name is David.

Polite, quick, and No BS.

Just like a good RMA service should be.

I just called them up. I live about 60 miles from Gainwards US location in Fremont. Sean in tech support was awesome. He told me just to call before I came down. I brought the card in and they exchanged it for me today. I called them yesterday. Unfortunately, i still have the same problem. Maybe it's monitor related. Oh yeah...."new version" of Ultra650xp vivo comes with a dvi vga adapter and a different gpu active cooler.
