If you have Office 2013/365 problems after upgrading to Win10

sfc /scannow fixed two problems I encountered today; Outlook could receive but not send (citing network connectivity issues, despite its test messages getting through!), and Publisher kept hanging every time a print job was sent to any printer.

I guess I'll have to remember that the Outlook "test message" feature isn't worth a damn after today's experience.
