Is your billing always the same, or do they leave off the DSL charge one month and "catch up" (double up) 2 months later?

This has happened to me for 2 quarters now--and maybe it's just my account only--but if it's happening to a lot of subscribers,
I'd like to know.

I don't pay the bill for it, but earlier this year they started doing two months at a time, then it changed to month-to-month a few months ago. Are they hoping people don't keep track so they can sneak another month's charge into your bill?

The way they have done my bill, it looks like they are moving income from one quarter to another. In the process they are screwing up my bills and therefor the way I pay my other bills; ie one month $30, next month $80, third month $130, then repeat.
