I'd say sad. Then I wouldn't affect anyone and possibly get myself murdered.

I just picked one of the choices... When I'm sad I effect people less than when I'm mad.

Sad. I can't stand being angry about anything. It just gets me even more frustrated, and it's really not a good state for me to be in.
Depression/saddness has become my version of "normal" over the past decade or more, so I can function well enough in that state.
