I would choose the BestBuy offering. No shipping - pick it up at the store. If it doesn't work - take it back - no hassle. Also, it has a significantly larger screen and a 10X larger HDD. A 16GB SSD is no better than a mid-sized flash memory device. Lastly, it is not a refurb.

Good points... though the shipping in the TD one is $0.00 and there's $0 tax on the TD one.
I am wary of the "refurb" of course...... then again I'm wary of the "Gateway" label on the other :)

Gateway = Emachines = fail. Dell is starting to follow Emachines suite with sub par quality but they are still a little above Gateway/Emachines. I'd take the Dell.

Nothing wrong with nGateway. I had a big 17-in Gateway lappie about 4-5 years ago, and it never had a problem. On the other hand, I consider Tiger to be a gray market schlock house. :)

best buy will charge you about 20% restocking fee if you return it back worth it? I dont think so.

yeah I know... I HATE buying from Best Buy for this reason (among others).
But it's the best deal I can find as of now, and honestly I don't see why I'd return it.

I'd go with the gateway. I generally prefer dell as a brand, but those old 910 mini's are barely even usable with such a tiny keyboard.
