Okay, so a friend of mine called me lame for this...

He invites me to a weekend LAN this weekend between a few friends...

They are normally pretty fun, although I have to admit I haven't attended many of them lately....

I've got bowling planned on Saturday night with 2 guys and 3 girls.

When he discovered that I prefered going bowling with guys and girls instead of attending a LAN...

well...he wasn't impressed...

What would you choose?

 
hmm, being social with some guys and some GIRLS, or stuck inside a smelly room with other geeks... not much of a choice for me 🙂

bowling hoes...now that's a term I've not heard before. What's that, girls who sleep around with guys who have a bowling average of 220 or higher?

But yeah, go bowling, hanging out with peeps is more fun than sitting in a room and playing games with them for hours...

Or you could do both, I mean how long is this LAN party going to last anyways?

Weekend lan typically starts at 5 pm friday and ends around 6 pm on sunday....

Also takes 1 hour to drive over to LAN (not in same city)

It was new to me too, but my buddy who hangs around the alleys a bit informed me that it's indeed a well known endearing term for those slightly less than reputable girls that are always hanging around bowling alleys, or perhaps leaning against the flourescent condom machine in the men's room. 😀

Because it's the cool new thing to do. It's like making a fashion statement. "I'm so cool, I don't even care what substances I'm getting on me by leaning on this machine!" Yeah, I wish I was that cool. Wait a second, I've not seen any girls in the men's room at a bowling alley before. That must be those "rough part of the neibhorhood" bowling alleys. Of course, I don't go bowling often (last time I went was February on a date...yeah, I lost bad...non intentionally too)
