Logically I'd say that a purely physical relationship with a cousin is no worse than a "friends with benefits" with any other person, as long as you're both okay with the idea that there's to be no marriage or children out of it.

Realistically, it'd depend on how close they were in growing up. I've got first cousins that I completely forget about when counting off family members because I spent so little time around them in childhood, and then a cousin who I consider to be my sister.
