Hell yea I would use it to better the world and live a life of luxery ^_^ But I would think that you gotta make your money as fast as you can in the first few bets because who is to know that you change history and the rest of the results in the almanac are then skewed...

yes. but not to the extent biff did. I would have to work it so I would lose big every so often, but over all, use it so I could live life just working part time
