If you get the federal stafford loan.. who provides that loan.

Sac state just dropped Direct Loan (the federal education department's loan provider) for a private organization edfund.org --->

Problem is that edfund.org you got to go thru a bank to get the loan. Surely teh school is getting a kickback from it for sending students to private banks to get their loans. I am sure this is NOT legal.. dropping direct loan for edfund.org

so if you get teh stafford loan or any other loan (perkins or otherwise) then please post. If you are getting the PLUS loan, the PLUS loans anyway are thru a bank.
