If you get arrested and dont rmember any phone #'s, how do you get out of jail?

lets say all your phone #'s are on your cell phone. i assume the cops confiscate that when you get arrested.

so if you dont remember any phone #'s how do you get out of jail?

Your out of luck atleast for a few days. Atleast at our JC theres no phone books and they won't let you look in your cell phone. I think they will let you use a phonebook after arraignment but that could be 3 days later if you go in on friday and have court on monday.

edit I lied I forgot the couseler lady they have you talk to. Will call someone for you. Depending on how busy they are it could be 4 hours or so. After you get searched printed and tossed in a holding cell.

Call one of the toll free #'s that the bail bondsmen post next to the pay phone.

It ain't rocket scince. Most criminals are dumb, drunk, or high and they manage to get out of jail.
