If you donate a kidney and end up needing one in the future, are you placed at the top of the list or something because you donated one earlier in life?

Some time ago, somebody made the proposition to prefer those with an organ donor pass. I didn't follow the issue but I think this didn't made it in Swiss law. Interesting thought, though...
