Beats me. I've got the flyer miles for two round trip tickets anywhere in the world, so my wife and I are trying to decide where to go for one last vacation (for at lest the next 5 years) before we have kids. We haven't come up with a location yet though.
 
Difficult question but probably somewhere where i can see great views. How much you will enjoy a trip always depends on your mood and attitude. But if I had to go it would probably be Europe somewhere or South America.
 
Does "the moon" as posted above count as "in the world"? I can't decide. I think it doesn't, but if you subscribe to the theory that the moon is a chunk of earth from a collision a long time ago, then maybe you could blur the lines a bit I guess.

Anyway, in a related note, since you said "in" the world it made me realize that I really would like to check out the earth's core. And, it goes without saying, I'd prefer to do so the instant before I otherwise would have died.

Or go somewhere really remote some parts of Hawaii or Polynesian islands
 
the place i want to go most right now is bora bora, and that is going to be a reality in the next few years.

but i also want to go to many many more places.

As for me, I'd like to go to the Galapagos.
