Panama City. It's like, Spring Break MTV-style 9 months out of the year.

would be perfect for you.

If I had it to do all over again, I'd go overseas and live for a few years, maybe Japan or Europe. Maybe even China.

Personally wouldn't want to live in any of them, but then I like different things than most people. I have lived in LA (Sherman Oaks) and consider it the shittiest hole I have ever lived in (the whole metro area, not just SO). I found most of the rest of California to be equally crappy, with a few minor exceptions (far northern-west border and coast). I've spent quite a bit of time in Vegas and it can be fun debauchery, but I'd never live there (would be like living in a frat house at WSU with the thermostat stuck full hot). Florida is a swampy hole filled with illegal immigrants and old people. Except for Hawaii I've visited the rest, but not spent much time there. But since you picked a group of cities that share similar traits you're obviously looking for the things I dislike, so any of em should work well for ya.

Not FL. Great for vacation, but not so great for permanent living. My fiancee is from FL, and after living in the cold city of Boston, she still rather not live in FL.

active duty aviation

haha going in March for spring break, actually

So they are going to delay commissioning you and putting you on active duty until your BOLC slot is available? 2 years is a ridiculous amount of time to wait when you went through ROTC expecting to come out with a job.
