The poll is kinda skewed. "Meat" could give you a decent bit of variety in your diet since there are many kinds of animals out there. Although an all-meat diet would have to probably completely wreck your system in short order. There are quite a few varieties of cheese as well, but I think an all-cheese diet would lead to some serious constant constipation and who wants that. While corn is in just about everything we eat in some form or other it still doesn't seem like a fair comparison and I don't have the slightest what that would do to your health.
I think the poll probably should read:
1. Meat
2. Dairy
3. Fruit
4. Vegies
Then there might be something to think about.
