Woman or man, it doesn't matter to me. I've had strong female bosses who I prefer over the passive male bosses. It's not so much gender as it is attitude and personality.


I do prefer female doctors. I'm not sure why.

I've had both... in general, I've gotten along better with my female bosses but enjoyed working for my male bosses more if that makes any sense.

The females I have working on my project are incredibly intellectual, and the project sponsor for one of my projects ? who happens to be female, and effectively my boss ? is far from stupid.

I'm male and honestly I don't care what gender my boss is. I've worked for asshole men and I've worked for ridiculously crazy women. I've also had some great women bosses and great male bosses. Personality matters...not gender.
