Basically, the geeks, er... viewers ask their questions and VideoCardDrivers.com will select the top 15 questions (or more depending on if they are good) and then submit them to nVidia for their review.

I picked mine up for $227 shipped. I think thats pretty cheap Besides its up to the board makers to set a price.
