Considering their condition, and that they've grown up shitting together, sleeping together, showering together and such, I don't think it's that much of a stretch.

The hard part for them would be finding a quality guy. There are plenty who'd hit it, but I imagine almost none who'd marry it.

i think the more difficult issue is how are the two girls going to each find their own guy while sharing the same body.
i'd imagine that there are plenty of guys out there that wouldn't mind getting with two girls at once on the same body, but can't imagine much guys out there that'd go for one of the girls, and share the body with the other girl's boyfriend.

The odds against you having a child like this are astronomical, but of course there are much more common birth defects (unfortunately I have firsthand experience with that). I have to give them huge credit for looking relatively happy, their life must be incredibly challenging.

I am curious about the distribution of their nervous system as you move down the body. Can only one of them feel their legs? I would think that walking would be tough if each leg is under separate control.
