Seems like Logitec has taken the hint & quieted their HIDs with subsequent years. I do have one of their smaller USB wire mice & the scroll wheel noise is a nuisance when used in a quiet library (embarrassing).

PS: I loath people who touch the computer screen. Especially the new glossy ones as they get their oily print on it which is difficult to remove as it smears.
