I know about half of the characters...that's a very archaic writing style. Actually I'm not even sure if every character there is from the same time period, lol. But I don't recognize enough to turn out a meaning. Even worse is that w/chinese, even if you know every word in a poem, that doesnt mean you can interpret the poem...authors often take license w/the language and leave out words & create their own expressions...it's insane.
Edit: that's not artsy, lol. "Arsty" within the past 3 (i think) hundred years is called "grass words/writing" (translated directly)...it's kind of like Chinese cursive. A LOT of writing you see in chinese restaurants (on those paintings) are in that style. Some of those words are MUCH older (like before the first millenium). If you've ever examined the roots of chinese words, you'll see a lot of those (well the simple ones are all i can recognize) in that text.
