I believe this is one of the biggest myth

I have LiteOn 12x10x32 with Burnproof.

I burn complete 700MB CD @ 4:10~

and with burnproof, I can do whatever i want (even playing CS) and burn without any prob

If you have a 16x or faster burner and use 16x or faster media, no, that won't happen unless you have a hardware issue.
