Yep...I'm screwed then.

In my desperate attempt to get a calc to replace my stolen one that won't cost me an arm and a leg and to do it before bed, I won one for $32 that had no shipping info listed and from a buyer with 87% positive feedback. I should've calmed down and waiting till morning. I requested the total since the shipping price wasn't listed but I'm sure it'll be unreasonable.

I'll just swallow the loss and take the neg. However, if the shipping price is reasonable, I could chance it and hope my situation doesn't turn out like some of his other negatives.

I wasn't. It was my own fault. I've been searching for awhile now and I was determined to just get it over with and get one before bed. I was amazed that one was only going for $20 with only 14 minutes to go. I just bid and then went upstairs to do some stuff and came back and saw I won. I was just hasty.

And now, JUST now, I got an offer from someone at HardOCP for $35 shipped. If only it would've come a half hour earlier.

Given this guy's risk factor, I'll definitely buy from the guy on the forums and take the neg on eBay. But there goes my chance of selling anything at good amounts for awhile.

The last time he sold something was last June, and he has at least seven negative feedbacks where the buyers say they paid and he never responded to emails and either never sent the item or did MONTHS later.

Ah, I see what you're saying.

That's definately a toughie. Are you going to pay through PayPal? They should protect you... but it'd still be a pain in the ass.

I guess I was assuming that the seller was normal and legit.
