I use Ifranview most of the time, for quick adjustments and sharpening. Its a great free program.
Capture NX for Nikon, has interesting and easy selective features. Ill probably be purchasing in the near future.

Helicon Focus - Focus stacking for increasing DOF (freeware alternative is CombineZ, not as many capabilities as Helicon)

Aperture
CS2 if need be (+ Neat Image filter, which is mainly why I'd use it)

I've been debating trying to go to Lightroom, but the main reason I use Aperture is for it's organizing ability. So moving my library over is daunting. And I would have to unlearn Aperture. I figure I should just focus on taking more pictures and hope Apple will speed it up some....

I mainly use Nikon Capture NX. It is absolutely fantastic for Nikon RAW files, as it should be. I also use Photoshop CS3 for other thing, such as cloning and borders. That's about it for me. I tried the demo of Lightroom, but I just do not care for how it handles Nikon RAW.

The program I use most of the time is freewarer - Irfanview. I also use Corel Photo Album 6, PSP XI, and Photoshop Elements 5.

Good photography requires very little computer manipulation of a post shot nature.

I can see why Nikon Capture NX is far better than Canon ZoomBrowser EX but I really don't like Nikon.

No, unfortunately it's an aftermarket program. It's definitely competitively priced, though I, like many others, feel that it should be included with the higher end models (d2hs, d2xs).

Lots of lightroom users. Didn't know how popular it has gotten. I can't bring myself to switch.. too ingrained in aperture :) but more importantly.. no way to easily move libraries.

I use lightroom basically because I got a free copy from Adobe, as I had previously bought Raw Shooter Premium (at $60, getting it and a future free version of a $199 piece of software seems like a good investment to me :)).
