Assuming that you could get the fish into your stomach alive, your stomach acid would eat away it's gills and eyes within a couple minutes. Probably would make for an uncomfortable few minutes, but it would probably die before you did. I wouldn't be surprised if it's dead carcass kills you because of complications.
