I was just wondering if it might be possible to convince someone from SETI@Home to help us out on this, or if we might even be able to track Vapor down and get his assistance.
 
A long while ago, his account was banned, though the mods said it wasn't. It turned out that he was right, and the mods were wrong, but he got fed up with it, and moved to some other forum (I think Ars).

Poof reported on this when it came up the last time. She reported that Vapor was pretty much settled down on the Ars Technica Team. That's too bad...would like to have him back.

His banning was to do with the Dennisflos (spelling?) inccident ,though that only came to light when it all blew up a little while ago.
And yeah it does suck🙁 ,but lets not stir that's Hornets nest😉
Btw regardless of of the fact that he's left us (in production & forums,not his SETI account) he is still the founder of this team.Also 2 other members (aside from Mgallik & HB)have founder rights ,though they tend to defer to Hellburner & Mgallik.😉

Well whoever is running the show might want to take XL1-TeamAnandtech off the list. That'a the mane I used when I was having problems getting seti hooked. But don't take XL-TeamAnadtech off That's the one i'm running under now. Thanks
 
I wouldn't worry ,noone with founder status would remove an account with any WU's 🙂
