I wondered the same question as the op asked.
Because we all know, Donald Trump would think nothing of breaking any and every law he felt needed to be broken to achieve his purpose.
First off, Trump would break strict laws of separation concerning governmental obligation and private business obligation.
Granting contracts concerning his private business dealings that would smell to high heaven of conflict of interest.
And this is just the beginning.

Business would be one thing but president Trump, being the so called business man he is and was, would make business-like "deals" behind the scenes concerning government and policy.
And no doubt including highly Sensitive national security issues between world leaders such as Putin, with China, and who knows who else?

Trump believes as Richard Nixon believed.
Trump would have his personal hit list with the names of every individual that had ever crossed Donald Trump not only in politics but in private life. And as with Nixon, Trump believes if the president does it, it is not illegal.

And what about those individuals and the reporters that uncover Trump's shady dealings and corrupt mode of operation???
What would, could president Donald Trump do to them as payback?
Maybe that would be the part where Donald claims he could shoot someone on Fifth Avenue and get away with it.
If I were a reporter and invited to stroll down Fifth Avenue with this president, I would make sure to wear a bullet proof vest.

Trump would be so corrupt, so dismissive of law, so against the establishment that any law that Trump would feel intrusive Trump would simply ignore, or simply break.
Absolutely president Trump would consider himself above the law.
He already does and has, as candidate Donald Trump.
Trump the candidate has proven himself above reason, above established morals, and above what society considers acceptable behavior.
Am I not telling the truth???

The presidency would give Trump all the power and justification he needs.
Trump would believe the people have elected him, empowered him to do whatever he feels necessary. The Card Blanche for breaking the law.

Talk about opening a can of worms.
Electing Donald Trump as president would be opening the entire can, carton, boxcar of worms.
And for those that supported Trump and for Donald's administration of creeps, crooks, and questionable's, they too would support Donald breaking any law he chose to break.

Congress would go nuts.
Where and how to step in to impeach, or hold accountable this presidential law breaker?
If should that be an republican congress, they would never step in.
Never step in knowing of the risk to their party and the risk to derailing their political agenda.

Oh boy.....
The reality of a president Donald Trump is going to be quite interesting.
That is.... if YOU can survive.
And just make damn sure you stay on president Donald Trump's "good side". ;)
Because you never know how safe it will be strolling down Fifth Avenue.

John Kasich confirmed the VP offer. Trump has denied making such an offer. Who is lying?

Re Kasich's version versus Trumps-did Trump's lips move?

I was channel surfing today and watched Faux News for a bit. The commentator was comparing the credibility of Trump and Clinton and actually said Trump is solidly in the pants on fire category. I almost fell off my couch-a GOP Presidential candidate that has already lost Fox?

Only way they'd impeach Trump would be if he was running as a Democrat. If they cared about justice I imagine they would have held Reagan accountable for his shenanigans but they don't. Instead things like four people in Benghazi are more important than dozens of marines or selling weapons to the bad guys.
