I've seen the claw-type thing that you rest your whole hand in. It has a few keys, and they seem well placed. This thing is a dyslexics' nightmare that happens to double as a handy frisbee when you realize you can't read the damn thing.

Its a keypad designed for FPS gamers similar to this one! Its very useful because the keys are better laid out in a configuration more suited to gaming than a standard keyboard.
In fact there are some keyboard manufacturers that are including pads like these with their standard keyboads.
